2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 T. white crème de cacao

Crème Fraiche
1 pint whipping cream (2 c.)
1/2 pint sour cream (1 c.)
Prepare Crème Fraiche by whisking together whipping cream and sour cream. Cover with plastic wrap, and let stand 24 hours in a warm place. 75 degree f. temps but not over 80 f. After 24 hours put in refrigerator.
With an electric mixer, combine Crème Fraiche, vanilla, powdered sugar and
Crème de Cacao - medium speed for about 2 minutes, fold in strawberries. Enjoy!!
